At 16 I was told I'd never have children. Twenty years without pharmaceuticals later — two sons, both home births. The body knows more than we think. First, we learn to listen.

I'm Natallia — a builder and wellbeing advocate with 20+ years in women's support and care. I'm creating Soula, the first Female-First AI for emotional support: infrastructure designed to prevent burnout, relieve anxiety, and support women through life's most demanding transitions — at home and at work.
Co-founded projects and initiatives supported by UNICEF, UNFPA and WHO. Doula, coach and mental health expert in neuroscience, emotional wellbeing and mindfulness. Solo mom of two, postpartum depression survivor. Featured in TechCrunch, WIRED, Business Insider.
Open to collaboration with organizations building the future of workforce wellbeing.

Family homes led me to doula work, certified through DONA International, then to NGOs in maternity care, and to projects supported by UNICEF, UNFPA and WHO.
I went through postpartum depression myself and didn't recognise it for almost a year. In 2021 I moved to Cyprus with two boys and two suitcases. No one I knew, no backup plan. I pitched Soula 700 times — and I'd do it again, because I've seen women come alive when they're truly supported.

67% of divorces happen in the first year after a child is born. 82% of new mothers feel overwhelmed and don't know who to trust. The crisis isn't information overload — it's the absence of a hand at 3am.

Soula connects a woman's emotional state with her hormonal cycle, life transitions and the flow of her days. Without judgment, always on your side. Not a chatbot. Not a therapist.
One letter a week, ~5 minutes, written by me. One real thing women carry, and one thing that actually helps. Not "just breathe."
"The week my second son was born, I learned that you can love someone with your whole body and still cry in the shower so no one hears. Nobody tells you both can be true at once. Here's what helped me stop fighting it…"
