• Soula is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a medical device. She doesn't diagnose or treat conditions.
• In a crisis, Soula guides you to human crisis resources and stays with you while you get there. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself — your space in Soula is personal.
• You can stop using Soula and ask us to delete your data at any time (see Privacy).

Fair use

• Use Soula for yourself, kindly and lawfully.
• Don't try to break, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the product or its content.

Payments

Soula is free to start. Subscriptions, when you choose one, are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their payment and refund rules.
