What we collect
- Account basics — what you give us when you sign up (like your email).
- What you share with Soula — your check-ins and conversations, so she can remember you and support you across days and weeks.
- Usage data — anonymised analytics about how the app and site are used, so we can make them better.
What we use it for
- To give you support that remembers your context — that's the whole point of Soula.
- To keep you safe: if a conversation signals crisis, Soula points you to human crisis resources, fast.
- To improve quality and safety of the product, using aggregated, de-identified data.
What we never do
- We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We don't share your conversations, and no one sits and reads them.
- We don't use your conversations for advertising.
Your control
Your conversations are yours. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time — write to ceo@soula.careand we'll take care of it. If you're in the EU/EEA, you have GDPR rights to access, correct, and erase your data; the same email is the way to use them.
Where to ask questions
Anything unclear, or a request we haven't covered here — ceo@soula.care. A human answers.
This page is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for the full policy provided inside the app and app stores.
